Description

  • Oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of 30-40 enterprise-level, high-value accounts with responsibility for retention and growth.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships across customer organizations to align on business goals, use cases, and long-term partnership objectives.
  • Drive adoption of existing products, remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities for new products and services within the account base.
  • Use strategic consulting and product knowledge to help customers achieve measurable outcomes and maximize ROI with HubSpot.
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Contract Management, and executive leadership, to execute success plans.
  • Develop and deliver Executive Business Reviews, presentations, and strategic consultations focused on goals, priorities, and growth opportunities.
  • Create adoption roadmaps, remove technical and cultural barriers, and align internal resources to support customer initiatives.
  • Manage customer risk, retention, and renewal strategies while proactively identifying challenges and solutions.
  • Travel onsite for strategic consulting engagements as needed, typically 2-3 times per year.
  • Demonstrate measurable business impact through program development, team growth, and/or people development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ideally an additional Nordic language or Dutch.
  • Experience working with large organizations with 200+ employees.
  • Experience managing a minimum of $8-10M ARR.
  • Proven track record of improving customer results through creative problem-solving, strategic consulting, and change management.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms is desired but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to multithread across stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering compelling executive-level presentations to VP+ or C-suite decision-makers.
  • Project management expertise, including planning and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with risk management, account retention, and renewal strategies.
  • Autonomous, proactive approach to identifying challenges and solving them collaboratively.
  • Experience as a Senior CSM, Senior Account Manager, or in strategic partnerships.
  • Curious and comfortable adapting to new technologies, including staying up to date with AI.
