Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Identify new prospects through inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and expand install-base accounts on a monthly cadence at or above quota.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level buyers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy when new features and products launch.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Manage the sales process end to end as a trusted advisor and business consultant to customers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a quota-carrying role.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Experience presenting and pitching business change to C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage monthly and annual pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • A goal-oriented track record of overachieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Training and/or certification in a standardized sales methodology such as Sandler.
  • Understanding of how businesses grow and confidence advising C-level executives on growth strategies (preferred for top performers).
  • Genuine curiosity about business and technology (preferred for top performers).
  • Experience taking on additional responsibility in a team setting, such as coaching, mentoring, or team projects (preferred for top performers).
