Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Contract Managers supporting a high volume of billing and contract enquiries.
  • Set clear goals, manage performance, and support career development for direct reports.
  • Improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience by optimizing workflows and scaling automation.
  • Analyze customer and performance data to identify trends, remove friction, and drive process improvements.
  • Partner with Legal, Operations, Customer Success, and regional leadership to align contract processes.
  • Refine existing playbooks and build new scalable processes where needed.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture centered on accountability, ownership, and customer focus.
  • Navigate ambiguity and change while keeping the team aligned to business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing individual contributors.
  • Experience leading teams in high-volume, operational environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, or Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously in complex, fast-paced environments and exercise sound judgment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a history of improving efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships across levels.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes, billing workflows, or terms of service is preferred.
  • Experience driving automation or process optimisation initiatives is preferred.
