Description

  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of complex automations using Workato, HubSpot, and Breeze Studio.
  • Partner with Sales and Ops leadership to turn ambiguous GTM challenges into phased technical roadmaps.
  • Standardize intake, QA, and observability to ensure resilient, enterprise-grade automation solutions.
  • Build sophisticated LLM-powered workflows and autonomous agentic capabilities beyond basic triggers.
  • Translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prototype rapidly and ship production-grade agentic workflows that improve GTM operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the business to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Apply Python, JavaScript, and AI coding assistants to extend automation and platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Automation, Ops, or GTM Engineering within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading the technical lifecycle of high-visibility, cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and Sales productivity bottlenecks.
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or a similar iPaaS platform and HubSpot or another enterprise CRM.
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as JavaScript, JSON, Ruby, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience implementing LLM-powered workflows, RAG, and agentic frameworks in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with modern software delivery practices including Git, CI/CD, and APIs.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to turn messy business problems into scalable architectures.
  • High autonomy and bias for action, with the ability to move from vague ideas to shipped products with minimal oversight.
  • Strong attention to testing, documentation, and error handling.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $129,200 to $206,700 USD.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
  • Some roles are eligible for equity compensation in the form of RSUs.
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
  • Flexible work environment with remote and office options.
  • Required in-person onboarding for Engineering hires at a regional HubSpot office.
  • Additional in-person team events for Product team members to build connections.
  • Support for accommodations or alternative arrangements during the hiring process.
