Description

  • Set up and configure AI software and related tools.
  • Design and build integrations between AI tooling, core systems, and company data.
  • Integrate AI tools with existing systems using APIs and automations.
  • Collaborate with departments across the business to understand needs and deliver AI solutions.
  • Ensure AI tools function seamlessly within cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI tools and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on AI tools.
  • Stay current on new AI technologies and product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a technology professional in a cloud-first, progressive IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI and a demonstrated interest in the field.
  • Familiarity with the latest LLMs and AI products and their capabilities.
  • Proven experience setting up and configuring AI tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV, including transformations.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Workato, and Databricks is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Healthcare or advertising industry experience is a plus.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to adjust scope and priorities as the business evolves.
