Description

  • Lead and develop four SE Managers and 30+ Solutions Engineers across HubSpot's Corporate segment in NAM.
  • Translate PreSales functional objectives into clear operational plans and hold managers accountable for outcomes.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies that improve technical win rates, pipeline velocity, and deal quality.
  • Define and evolve the Corporate SE playbook, including discovery, technical evaluation, demos, POCs/POVs, and coverage models.
  • Champion AI adoption by embedding AI tools and workflows into team operations and rethinking how SEs create value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance on growth priorities and roadmap influence.
  • Use data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize capacity, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Hire, coach, and develop diverse, high-caliber talent and build a scalable succession pipeline.
  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, growth, inclusion, and customer obsession.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of second-line management experience leading PreSales or Solutions Engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS or platform environment.
  • Deep experience with Corporate and/or Enterprise B2B segments.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving AI adoption across a PreSales or Sales organization.
  • Experience building and optimizing go-to-market strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and mentor technical go-to-market teams at the second-line level.
  • Ability to synthesize market changes, customer behavior, and business context into strategic priorities and executable plans.
  • Experience reducing SE-to-AE ratios while maintaining or improving pipeline and conversion performance (preferred).
  • Direct experience with HubSpot's CRM platform or in a HubSpot PreSales role (preferred).
  • Background managing geographically distributed or remote-first teams (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $265,000 to $424,000 USD.
  • Cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
  • Eligibility to participate in HubSpot's equity plan and receive RSUs for some roles.
