Description

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations that demonstrate enterprise solutions and explain value to business and technical audiences.
  • Conduct detailed technical discovery, needs assessments, and consultation for prospective and existing customers.
  • Respond to RFx and RFP requests in collaboration with sales, global bid, and product management teams.
  • Deliver and support proof of concepts, technical overviews, and customer-facing solution demonstrations.
  • Work proactively with sales directors and sales management to prioritize and advance regional opportunities toward closure.
  • Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence from the field to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, presentations, POC scope management, and execution.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, white papers, solution briefs, and blogs as part of product marketing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and inquiries are addressed effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Solutions Engineering experience with demonstrated success in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Security solutions.
  • Strong affinity for Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
  • Good knowledge of DevOps processes, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related area, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications.
  • Preferred certifications include ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Google Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and group facilitation abilities.
  • Strong business and technical document creation skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, relationship-building, customer responsiveness, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.
  • California location preferred for this remote role.

  • Competitive total rewards package with an annual base salary range of $180,000 to $221,250.
