Description

  • Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions for customer use cases and requirements.
  • Design winning solutions as part of the pre-sales cycle to support customer acquisition and sales goals.
  • Create and present technical and business proposals, including solution architecture, use case descriptions, and deployment schedules.
  • Represent Xage at industry events and conferences, including occasional speaking engagements.
  • Identify gaps in product functionality and work with product management and engineering to address them.
  • Support customer proof-of-concepts and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
  • Build and present product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate on technology and system integration partnerships in industrial verticals.
  • Advise on secure architectures and solutions using internal and third-party software, hardware, and tools.
  • Work cross-functionally to help align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or another technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or security solutions.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in or with field sales organizations.
  • 3+ years of work experience in Operational Technology Security.
  • Strong experience in technical pre-sales support of cybersecurity solutions for industrial operations or critical infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical knowledge of industrial networking solutions, industrial control systems, or cybersecurity solutions such as identity and access management.
  • Deep understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols and Purdue Reference Architecture.
  • Knowledge of security control frameworks such as IEC62443, NERC CIP, NIST, or NCSC CAF.
  • Experience with threat modeling, cybersecurity assessments, and OT/IT security risk identification techniques.
  • Strong experience with Windows, Active Directory, and LDAP, with knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems.
  • Ability to communicate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, or policy management solutions preferred, especially in IAM or remote access.
  • GICSP, CISSP, or SANS certification preferred.
