Description

  • Interview customers to understand their business goals, challenges, organizational structure, and implementation needs.
  • Support initial setup, configuration, and operational adoption of HubSpot.
  • Adapt to new product features and updates and incorporate them into daily work.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success managers to deliver a smooth customer experience.
  • Help shorten customers’ time to value during the onboarding period.
  • Contribute to successful early-stage product use and customer outcomes.
  • Work as part of the customer success team as the first point of contact after purchase.

Requirements

  • Experience in software implementation support, leading an internal software rollout, or related marketing, sales, customer success, or service work.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong commitment to customer success, problem solving, and working together toward outcomes.
  • Commitment to learning new areas and growing professionally.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and English reading ability for internal documents.
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation tools, or consulting in those areas (preferred).
  • Understanding of API concepts and system integrations (preferred).
