Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Bitwarden and its suite of services.
  • Lead technical planning and execution of new customer deployments, especially for large enterprise engagements.
  • Advise customers on best practices across the Bitwarden stack.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and anticipate future needs.
  • Provide guidance and assistance for customer implementations and general security.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for named customers through ticketing and email systems.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews, including environment audits and best-practices reviews.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to triage bug reports and feature requests.
  • Assist with training, culture sharing, and knowledge sharing within the Implementation Engineering team.
  • Lead or assist internal projects such as environment replication, third-party integrations, and automation development.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and grammar.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to find and communicate solutions.
  • A passion for supporting teammates and sharing knowledge.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to advocate for others.
  • Previous technical experience such as Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Equivalent education or demonstrable skills may be accepted.
  • Ability and desire to work remotely.
  • Located in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following is preferred: Bitwarden, Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker Swarm Mode, Kubernetes, Podman, NFS, SMB/CIFS, block storage, Bash, PowerShell, Active Directory, LDAP, Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID, Jumpcloud, Cloudflare, Okta, GCP, AWS, Azure, Android, iOS, GitHub, NGINX, SQL, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, SAML, OpenID Connect, TLS/SSL, and PKI.
