Description

  • Own end-to-end technical implementation for strategic clients, from initial data ingestion through complex group configurations.
  • Architect solutions for complex client data environments and ensure seamless integration into the platform.
  • Use AI prompting and implementation tooling to resolve product exceptions, automate data mapping, and handle unique client edge cases.
  • Lead technical deep-dives with client stakeholders and translate business needs into platform configurations.
  • Build reusable implementation artifacts such as scripts, prompts, and templates to improve time-to-value.
  • Collaborate with Core Engineering and Product teams by providing feedback and, in some cases, contributing directly to the core product.
  • Manage multiple complex technical workstreams while maintaining quality and documentation standards.
  • Support migration of existing clients to the new high-scale Implementation Platform.
  • Drive platform adoption by designing configurations that embed the product into clients’ HR and compensation workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on process embedding and advanced setup features for strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Solutions Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data transformation and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in leveraging LLMs and AI prompting to accelerate implementations and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Experience working with APIs and modern iPaaS/integration tools to move data between enterprise systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and translate business needs into platform configurations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality and documentation standards.
  • Experience working in complex, real-world enterprise data environments, preferably with messy or disparate data sources.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Excitement about using AI to augment workflow and improve implementation efficiency.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise client implementation setting is preferred.
