Description

  • Lead the full SEA sales organization across Small Business, Mid-Market, and Corporate segments.
  • Drive the FY26 SEA growth strategy and help scale a multi-product business across the region.
  • Accelerate upmarket growth by capturing enterprise customers, growing ARR from 200+ employee companies, and supporting industry specialization and partner co-selling.
  • Scale downmarket efficiently by using automation and AI to improve productivity and reduce non-revenue work.
  • Champion platform selling by embedding AI and multi-Hub adoption into every deal and strengthening the value narrative from pitch to renewal.
  • Drive AI fluency across reps and managers so AI is used in coaching, productivity, and customer engagement.
  • Build, coach, and retain a strong second-line leadership team that delivers sustainable results across segments.
  • Foster a customer-first culture and ensure decisions are grounded in customer outcomes.
  • Champion HubSpot’s HEART values, inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing across the organization.
  • Represent HubSpot externally with customers, partners, industry groups, and media to strengthen the company’s presence in SEA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading sales across Small Business, Mid-Market, and Corporate segments.
  • SaaS or technology industry experience is preferred.
  • Track record of delivering sustained revenue growth in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Experience building and scaling second-line leadership and prioritizing leader development.
  • Ability to drive upmarket expansion while balancing downmarket velocity and new market growth.
  • Fluency in AI-driven sales motions and experience embedding AI into frontline sales execution and coaching.
  • Experience with partner engagement and ecosystem co-selling.
  • Strong ability to set strategic direction, manage complexity, and lead through ambiguity in a data-driven, customer-obsessed way.
