Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Source new prospects through both inbound and self-generated leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and expand existing accounts to at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Sell through internal champions and directly to multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy as new features and products launch.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, and procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Security to resolve complex contract requirements for corporate customers.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Experience presenting and pitching to C-level executives on business change.
  • Experience managing large or high-priority accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage monthly and annual pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Track record of exceeding monthly and annual targets.
  • Training and/or certification in a standardized sales methodology, such as Sandler.
  • Based in Germany as a remote employee.
  • Preferred: strong understanding of how businesses grow and the ability to advise C-level executives on growth strategies.
