Description

  • Handle assigned customer contracts and resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while maintaining a strong customer experience.
  • Identify and execute product expansion opportunities with Customer Success and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive incremental opportunities.
  • Coordinate the contract renewal process with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management.
  • Build cooperative working relationships with customers.
  • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues.
  • Provide feedback and help pilot new processes and playbooks to improve the Contract Management organization.

Requirements

  • Resume must be submitted in English.
  • Applicants must speak Portuguese.
  • Business-level Portuguese proficiency is required.
  • Strong customer experience mindset and passion for creating positive customer outcomes.
  • Growth-driven negotiation skills.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to lead phone conversations effectively.
  • Prioritization and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems with curiosity and creativity.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, motivating environment.
  • Nice to have: experience with customer service and contract management.
  • Nice to have: negotiation or sales experience.
  • Nice to have: prior account management and/or customer retention experience.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Inbound Marketing and Sales.
