Description

  • Identify, source, and close net-new business opportunities in the small business segment (1-50 employees).
  • Run 3-5 meetings per day and own the full sales process from prospecting through closing.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, uncover customer pain points, and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Educate prospects through an average 30-day sales cycle and guide them toward the right solution for their business needs.
  • Manage a book of business of about 450 accounts, primarily outbound prospects with some inbound leads.
  • Assess prospects’ business goals and determine whether HubSpot is a strategic investment for their growth.
  • Close net-new business at or above quota.
  • Partner with marketing and technology teams to support sales strategy for product enhancements and new releases.
  • Contribute ideas and thinking that advance the company’s values, culture, and vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers in a diverse, inclusive, high-performing team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working with self-sourced, outbound leads.
  • Experience managing a pipeline that is primarily outbound (about 90%) with some inbound leads.
  • Demonstrated success in a majority net-new closing role.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • A strong desire and commitment to succeed in sales.
  • A positive outlook and accountability for both successes and failures.
  • Top producer performance in a current or previous role.
  • Sharp focus on goals and the discipline to execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities toward them.
  • Ability to proactively identify gaps and raise skill level.
  • Start date of April 7, 2026.

  • Annual cash compensation range of $140,000-$160,000 USD.
  • Eligible roles may receive on-target commission.
