Description

  • Use inbound selling strategies to identify and win new business for HubSpot software.
  • Partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and develop outreach strategies.
  • Run online product demos and communicate the HubSpot value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Quickly identify customer challenges and recommend the best inbound marketing solutions for their business.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategy as new features and products are launched.
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives to help shape HubSpot's mission and sales approach.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be based in Ireland to be considered for the remote opportunity.
  • 3 years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch or French is a nice to have.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • A track record of high performance, such as over-quota attainment or President's Club recognition.
  • A strong goal-oriented approach and ability to execute against targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
