Description

  • Position the value of HubSpot’s software for companies with roughly 500 to 5,000 employees.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them understand how HubSpot can support business growth.
  • Manage a self-sourced pipeline of leads and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Qualify prospects’ business goals and determine whether HubSpot is a strategic investment.
  • Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota.
  • Partner with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy for solution enhancements and new product launches.
  • Bring ideas and strategies that advance the company’s values, culture, and vision for the future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven and consistent track record as a top producer in sales roles.
  • Experience delivering product demos to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in value-based selling, such as the Challenger Sale approach.
  • Commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Positive outlook and personal accountability for results.
  • Strong growth mindset and desire for continuous learning.
  • Resilience and adaptability.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation of $264,000 USD.
  • Cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
  • Some roles are eligible for equity participation through restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
