Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Find new prospects through inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and expansion opportunities at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level buyers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy as new products and features launch.
  • Run online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, procurement questionnaires, and RFPs.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.
  • Work with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Security on complex contract requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
  • Track record of high performance, such as over-quota achievement or President’s Club recognition.
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to execute effectively.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment (preferred).
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work (preferred).
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry (preferred).
  • Humility and enthusiasm in your work (preferred).
