Description

  • Design scalable, innovative client solutions using HubSpot CRM as a central platform.
  • Integrate systems and architect data flows across the client’s existing technology stack and business processes.
  • Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to define architecture and project scope.
  • Create architecture diagrams and comprehensive implementation documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
  • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
  • Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing.
  • Stay current on new technology features and communicate relevant changes internally and to clients.
  • Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot or transferable experience from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in a digital or technical agency/consultancy in a client-facing consulting or specialist role.
  • Experience across the full delivery lifecycle, including consulting, solution building, implementation, and training.
  • Strong ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation such as API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
  • Sound knowledge of big data.
  • Experience integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or working with custom-built solutions.
  • Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Candidates must reside in Germany and have the legal right to work there.
