Description

  • Lead client onboarding sessions and set clear expectations throughout the implementation journey.
  • Run discovery workshops to gather, define, and confirm customer requirements within scope.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking, and managing timelines, scope, and budget in Rocketlane.
  • Configure and document solutions in the HSI Donesafe platform, translating requirements into workflows and automations.
  • Support data migration from legacy systems and help ensure smooth integrations.
  • Deliver client training and create user documentation for administrators and end users.
  • Test and validate configurations internally and with clients to ensure quality and functional requirements are met.
  • Lead go-live activities and coordinate a smooth handover to Support.
  • Proactively manage risks, communicate issues early, and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Close projects and support the transition to Customer Success, while identifying improvements to implementation quality and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience delivering end-to-end software implementations in a SaaS environment.
  • Background or familiarity with the EHS / Health & Safety industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience configuring workflows, forms, and automations within software platforms or similar configuration-based systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead workshops and explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Customer-first mindset focused on creating a positive experience and measurable value for clients.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented judgment with the ability to resolve challenges early.
  • Adaptable and detail-focused, with comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborative when needed and able to partner with Product or global teams while working independently day to day.
  • Degree in IT, Business, EHS, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
