Description

Project manage customer onboardings to successful outcomes, accelerating time to value and supporting customer retention.
Collaborate with internal technical resources to train customers on Insider One’s platform and features.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization, from senior managers to end users.
Understand customer business and technical goals to inform onboarding, integration, and solution design recommendations.
Set KPIs and success metrics to drive early adoption and measure ROI.
Advocate customer business use cases to the product development team.
Document client stakeholder roles and hierarchy to support a smooth transition to the Customer Success Manager team.
Design and continuously improve onboarding processes and materials to enhance the customer experience.
Coordinate with client agencies, third parties, and internal development teams when needed to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Facilitate user-enablement training and workshops, including tailored onsite and remote onboarding sessions.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
Agile, PMP, or Prince2 certification is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English.
Strong time management and task management skills.
Experience communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to deliver projects in a timely and high-quality manner.
Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
Understanding of webhooks and APIs is an advantage.
Exposure to AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms is an advantage.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
