Description

  • Project manage customer onboardings to successful outcomes, accelerating time to value and supporting customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal technical resources to train customers on Insider One’s platform and features.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization, from senior managers to end users.
  • Understand customer business and technical goals to inform onboarding, integration, and solution design recommendations.
  • Set KPIs and success metrics to drive early adoption and measure ROI.
  • Advocate customer business use cases to the product development team.
  • Document client stakeholder roles and hierarchy to support a smooth transition to the Customer Success Manager team.
  • Design and continuously improve onboarding processes and materials to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with client agencies, third parties, and internal development teams when needed to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate user-enablement training and workshops, including tailored onsite and remote onboarding sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
  • Agile, PMP, or Prince2 certification is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English.
  • Strong time management and task management skills.
  • Experience communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver projects in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Understanding of webhooks and APIs is an advantage.
  • Exposure to AI-driven product recommendation tools and algorithms is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
