Description

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to deliver high-complexity implementations and meet enterprise go-live dates.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery process after contract signature using standardized project management methods.
  • Work with customers, sales engineering, and account management to gather requirements and manage expectations.
  • Create detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and launch timelines.
  • Develop and run communication plans and meeting agendas aligned to stakeholder objectives and project progress.
  • Maintain regular stakeholder communication with proactive status updates and technical or functional guidance.
  • Share client feedback with product management, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Deliver regular reporting on implementation metrics across onboarding channels.
  • Lead implementation training, workshops, and education sessions during customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience with large enterprise technology onboarding or implementation.
  • Experience in the payments industry and/or with payments technologies is required.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how complex systems integrate.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details clearly for different stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to travel as needed by the client or business, up to 10%.
  • Authorized to work in the job location country without future sponsorship; no sponsorship available.
  • Preferred experience supporting complex, multi-layered global implementations for Fortune 500 clients.
