Description

  • Partner with clients to develop and execute strategies that maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Champion customer needs internally to drive continuous improvement across HSI teams.
  • Maintain a 95%+ net retention rate through proactive client engagement.
  • Identify and secure account expansion opportunities to drive growth.
  • Share customer insights that inform and improve the product roadmap.
  • Become a trusted technical advisor by mastering HSI’s suite of solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through client renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • Track record of success in customer-facing roles with revenue responsibility.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and other stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex solutions quickly.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Knowledge of EHS and compliance is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and own outcomes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
