Description

  • Implement and install solutions on customer infrastructure platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues across implementation layers onsite and offsite.
  • Provide high-level onsite and remote IT technical liaison to customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and support tickets.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and engineering teams at different levels.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or field.
  • Good command of English, including speaking, writing, and presentation.
  • Good command of Russian, including speaking, writing, and presentation.
  • Willingness to travel and work extra hours when needed.
  • Experience with database engines such as Oracle, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with operating systems including Linux and MS Windows.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and HashiCorp Nomad.
  • Working experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere.
  • Knowledge of DevOps techniques including CI/CD, Helm, and Ansible.
  • Knowledge of Directory Services such as AD and LDAP.
  • Professional, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong personal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-managed, and a team player.
  • Strong initiative, time management, and result-oriented approach.
  • Experience in large enterprise environments, especially payments and remittance solutions, is a plus.
  • Experience in cloud computing, virtualization technologies, storage, and network infrastructure is a plus.
  • Implementation experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Backup & Recovery strategies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PKI infrastructure and Certificate Authorities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge of server and client operating systems, including Linux distros and MS Windows, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of object storage management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security authentication and authorization solutions such as HashiCorp Vault and Keycloak is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solution infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, and IBM is a plus.
