Description

  • Manage and onboard advertiser media assets, including organizing photos and assembling native ad creatives.
  • Support campaign execution and performance tracking for brand advertising initiatives.
  • Transform campaign metrics into clear, actionable presentations and client-facing reports.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date advertiser profiles.
  • Partner with the Brand Ads Sales team on strategic planning and client communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Editorial and Finance to support key initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with advertisers via email and virtual platforms.
  • Manage multiple priorities with precision, high accuracy, and timely client responses.
  • Work aligned with US Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Requirements

  • Strong design skills with the ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations.
  • Proficiency with Google Slides and Google Sheets.
  • Background in digital marketing, advertising, media coordination, or digital asset creation.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, impressions, and conversions.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others virtually and operate as a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
  • Experience managing 20+ clients simultaneously is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with remote and international teams is preferred.
