Description

  • Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners including influencers, affiliates, sales partners, and B2B associates.
  • Build, systematically manage, and scale a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct negotiations internally and externally to close high-impact partnership deals.
  • Nurture and deepen existing partner relationships to enable growth and increase sales.
  • Run, monitor, and optimize partners' marketing and performance campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze, and leverage data to drive actionable decisions and performance improvements.
  • Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment and identify new opportunities for partnership expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in partnerships management, specifically influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong sales and analytical skills, including proficiency with sales CRMs and web analytics tools.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding team environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (described as perfect).
  • Experience working with international tech/digital products is a plus.
  • Based in Europe (listed locations include Rome, Milan, Arezzo, Turin) or able to work remotely within Europe.
