Description

  • Drive growth of the VPS hosting affiliate and partnership channel through strategic planning.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership terms while identifying new business opportunities and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and partners to support sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to OKRs with data-driven ideas and creative solutions that improve channel performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and VPS squads to align strategy and launch growth initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Use analytics and AI-powered tools to research markets, automate workflows, generate insights, and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech environments.
  • Strong analytical and proactive mindset with a hands-on, growth-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of VPS hosting technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into growth opportunities.
  • Experience working with analytics and CRM tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, TUNE, Impact Radius, HubSpot, or Google Sheets.
  • Experience setting and working with KPI and OKR frameworks to measure impact and drive performance.
  • Fluent in English at C1+ level; additional languages are a plus.
