Description

  • Own each client request from initial message through quote delivery and booking handoff.
  • Search for flight options across award travel, loyalty redemptions, creative routing, and premium fare inventory.
  • Identify the best available itinerary options based on route, fare class, availability, and client needs.
  • Document pricing details, fare rules, booking requirements, and client preferences in workflow systems.
  • Build polished quotes that follow company standards for tone, clarity, and formatting.
  • Explain the reasoning behind each quote, including tradeoffs, fare rules, and availability considerations.
  • Deliver quotes within required SLA targets for short-haul and long-haul or complex requests.
  • Respond to client messages promptly, maintain proactive communication, and handle follow-up questions and confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate real-time records and ensure seamless handovers to ticketing and trip fulfillment teams.
  • Escalate VIP, complex, or time-sensitive cases and flag pricing, policy, or system issues as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in travel operations, luxury hospitality, or high-touch client service.
  • Hands-on Sabre GDS experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent written communication with clear, professional, and personalized client messaging.
  • Strong attention to accuracy, maintaining 98%+ accuracy while working quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously while meeting tight SLAs.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong handoff and team communication habits.
  • Experience with airline mileage programs, award travel, or loyalty points optimization is preferred.
  • Familiarity with premium booking platforms, workflow tools, or CRM systems is preferred.
  • Background in luxury travel agencies, premium concierge services, or high-end hospitality is preferred.
  • Experience handling high-net-worth or VIP clients is preferred.
