Description

  • Lead a specialized pod of 5–6 direct reports, including Business Development Managers and CarePartner Specialists.
  • Own supply-side performance for the WAV and Livery categories to meet district demand.
  • Manage, coach, and develop individual contributors through performance management, career growth, and daily guidance.
  • Standardize market launch and CarePartner relationship processes by enforcing documentation and operating blueprints.
  • Directly manage a select group of high-complexity strategic partnerships as a player-coach.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex CarePartner negotiations and service-level gaps.
  • Partner with Revenue and Sales Ops to align new supply acquisition with district demand and operational capacity.
  • Use supply-side metrics and data tools to identify gaps and forecast supply needs.
  • Represent the Specialty Transportation division in cross-functional leadership and strategic planning meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing professional teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and promoting mid-level individual contributors.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to turn complex manual processes into scalable SOPs.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools such as LLMs, workflow automation, or data synthesis tools.
  • Player-coach experience working directly on complex negotiations or operational challenges while leading a team.
  • Ability to collaborate across supply acquisition and operational fulfillment functions.
  • Comfort using data tools to drive team performance and forecast supply needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
  • Must be fully remote in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, or PA.
