Description

  • Manage the capital and operating budget across the portfolio and track value realization and ROI for committed initiatives.
  • Build the financial narrative for budget reviews and support accountability for organizational performance.
  • Run the recruiting pipeline and manage onboarding to help new colleagues ramp effectively.
  • Organize leadership onsite workshops and maintain meeting cadence to improve transparency and engagement.
  • Produce executive-ready materials, including leadership updates, stakeholder communications, and townhall content.
  • Partner on annual and mid-year planning cycles, including goal setting and progress tracking through scorecards and metrics.
  • Run talent reviews and calibration, analyze employee engagement survey results, and drive resulting action items.
  • Coordinate with peer Chiefs of Staff and the broader Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology organization to share best practices and updates.
  • Identify and remove blockers that slow initiatives down, escalating issues to the SVP when needed.

Requirements

  • 10 years of total business experience with a track record of managing budgets, building operational processes, and producing executive-level deliverables.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience tracking ROI or value realization on initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing structured processes such as recruiting pipelines, onboarding, or cross-functional meeting cadences.
  • Excellent written communication skills with examples of executive-ready materials produced with minimal senior leader input.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, matrixed organization without a dedicated team to delegate to.
  • Familiarity with a product-oriented way of working, including how teams organize around products, ownership, and delivery.
  • Healthcare or insurance industry experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or master’s degree in a quantitative or business field preferred.
  • High-level understanding of AI and proficiency with, or eagerness to learn, AI tools for work is preferred.
