Description

  • Partner with Sales and Success teams to shape opportunity and account strategy and support regional targets.
  • Contribute to proposals by explaining how Hootsuite solutions fit customer requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions with practitioners and team leaders to uncover requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Deliver concise, value-based presentations and product demos to customer stakeholders.
  • Use storytelling, whiteboarding, and multimedia to present solutions in a clear and memorable way.
  • Manage customer and prospect trials to demonstrate the value of Hootsuite.
  • Facilitate and co-facilitate customer workshops to identify deeper business value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on social strategy and the product mix that best supports it.
  • Share learnings and document best practices with the regional Value & Solutions team to improve adoption.
  • Enable Sales and Success counterparts on the product and ecosystem during onboarding and major product releases.

Requirements

  • Ample experience in Solutions Consulting or social/agency experience.
  • College or university degree/diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to explain how solutions work, why they are needed, and the business value they provide.
  • Industry knowledge in one or more key markets such as Financial Services, Government, Higher Ed, Travel/Hospitality/Tourism, or Healthcare is desirable.
  • Understanding of common social use cases in marketing, social selling, advocacy, and service.
  • Knowledge of related technologies such as media production, adtech, and martech.
  • Experience communicating project plans to potential customers.
  • Experience with solution selling and consultative selling approaches.
  • Clear, concise, and creative presentation skills, including storytelling and a focus on business value.
  • Strong collaboration, customer focus, decision making, influence, problem solving, resilience, and self-development capabilities.

Benefits

  • Canada pay range: $53,100–$74,300 CAD.
  • US pay range: $50,000–$70,000 USD.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with remote options in eligible provinces/states and office access in Toronto, Vancouver, or New York.
