Description

  • Deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon Fleet implementations.
  • Support customers through the full software implementation lifecycle and assist with customizations.
  • Conduct training for customer technical contacts and end users on Axon product applications and installation.
  • Create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of communication systems.
  • Coordinate and execute field commissioning tests with customers.
  • Deliver timely project deployment reports.
  • Engage with post-sale technology decision makers and program managers.
  • Troubleshoot applications, computers, networks, and products during site deployments.
  • Escalate product irregularities and issues to Product Managers.
  • Validate the quality of 12V DC subcontractor installations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation experience, including systems software, Windows operating systems, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
  • A+, Network+ or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Basic understanding of 12-volt DC circuit theory and electrical wiring diagrams preferred.
  • Emergency Vehicle Technician, similar ASE Electronics certification, or military electronics technician background preferred.
  • Cradlepoint router or equivalent configuration, implementation, and deployment knowledge; NCOS and NetCloud familiarity preferred.
  • Cradlepoint Network Associate and Cradlepoint Network Professional certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with WAN access types, local area networking, physical layer infrastructure, wireless technologies, access point networks, and virtual private networking.
  • Experience implementing and deploying products in IP-based Ethernet networks, including layer 2, layer 3, LAN, WAN, and VPN.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal oversight and travel domestically 100% of the time, Monday through Friday.
  • A valid driver’s license is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
