Description

  • Drive franchisee performance by analyzing business data, identifying opportunities, and implementing targeted action plans.
  • Lead structured business reviews with franchise leadership teams and turn insights into clear priorities and measurable goals.
  • Coach and influence franchisees to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making, and execution across multiple locations.
  • Accelerate adoption of systems, tools, operational processes, and technology solutions across the franchise network.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align initiatives and incorporate franchisee and field insights into decisions.
  • Provide real-time coaching and data-driven recommendations to support franchisee accountability and growth objectives.
  • Balance strategic and tactical consulting by conducting deep-dive business reviews and reconciling data with anecdotal feedback.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with franchisees while delivering candid feedback and navigating conflict and alignment.
  • Support the company’s mission by keeping client outcomes, quality of care, and brand health at the center of franchise decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree required.
  • Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics / Data Science, or Management / Strategy preferred.
  • Experience in data / analytics and information systems preferred.
  • Experience in franchise management preferred.
  • Experience in management consulting preferred.
  • Certification in data-related tools or BI platforms preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Franchise management certification preferred.
  • Availability during general company working hours, with flexible start and stop times based on geographic location.
  • Occasional travel for quarterly, semi-annual, annual, regional, and franchise owner events.
  • Ability to manage an independent calendar and daily schedule.
  • Approximately 65% of the role is spent engaging directly with franchisees.

  • Annual base salary range of $142,200 to $158,000.
