Description

  • Guide families and clients through initial conversations about in-home, non-medical care.
  • Connect with potential clients primarily by phone, with additional support through email, chat, and text.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining empathy, accuracy, and quality.
  • Meet daily outreach, conversion, call volume, talk time, and quality goals.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales playbooks and sales strategy.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to develop and test new services or products.
  • Deliver early-stage pitches, capture client feedback, and refine positioning and materials based on insights.
  • Coach and mentor the care solutions team on new findings, strategies, and product rollouts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, care coordination, and marketing to support client commitments and pilots.
  • Identify process gaps and emerging trends, and recommend improvements to messaging, scripting, and client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Experience developing sales strategies.
  • Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and staying connected to a virtual team.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to balance compassion with confident sales execution.
  • Comfort in a metrics-driven environment with motivation to meet goals and earn incentives.
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work a set schedule with every fourth weekend rotation.
  • Evening and weekend availability is required.

Benefits

  • Hourly hiring range of $24.20 to $28.85.
  • Variable bonus of $10,000 to $15,000.
