Description

  • Manage a steady volume of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families.
  • Communicate with prospects by phone, email, chat, and text to understand needs and explain care options.
  • Listen to client concerns and match them to appropriate in-home care solutions.
  • Ask for commitment and schedule follow-up consultations.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals, including call volume, conversion, and quality targets.
  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track activity and manage follow-up.
  • Maintain empathy, accuracy, and high-quality interactions across every client touchpoint.
  • Work a set schedule that includes every fourth weekend, with evening and weekend availability.
  • Complete the mandatory three-week virtual onboarding and training program with active on-camera participation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and staying connected with a virtual team.
  • Strong empathy and the ability to balance compassion with confident sales execution.
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment and motivated by goals and incentives.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Evening and weekend availability required, including every fourth weekend.
  • Ability to attend the mandatory three-week training period Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time, with active camera participation.
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus.

  • Hourly pay range of $19.90–$22.10.
  • Tiered monthly bonus structure with payouts starting at $300 for 100% of target and additional upside for exceeding goals.
