Description

  • Lead technical and functional product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Serve as a product expert on Ridgeline’s investment management platform for stakeholders across trading, portfolio management, IT, accounting, and compliance.
  • Partner with sales, product development, and implementation teams to support the client journey from pre-sales through deployment.
  • Assist with RFP and RFI responses and create statements of work in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Provide feedback to product management to support product enhancements and innovation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client needs and tailor solutions across order management, accounting, and reporting workflows.
  • Travel 20-40% to meet with prospects and support sales efforts.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and transparent team environment.
  • Support consultative selling efforts and help drive value-based sales conversations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, fintech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar role.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience with technology-based enterprise solutions in asset management or wealth management.
  • Deep understanding of investment management systems, including OMS, PMS, and accounting platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, portfolio management, trading, performance and risk, compliance, and trade settlement processes.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies and collaborative sales execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and lead product demonstrations for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Self-starter with professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships with senior market practitioners.
  • Experience presenting cloud-based solutions and driving value-based sales approaches.
  • Willingness to learn cutting-edge technologies while building domain expertise.
  • Ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

  • Starting OTE of $192,000 to $240,000, with a higher range of $211,000 to $264,000 in select locations.
