Description

  • Lead business development efforts to open a market and sell to named accounts in the asset management industry.
  • Drive net-new business sales from prospecting through close and manage pipeline progression.
  • Orchestrate sales cycles by coordinating with pre-sales, value management, marketing, and sales support teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors, including C-suite leaders.
  • Position Ridgeline as a modern, cloud-based alternative to legacy solutions.
  • Maintain an active Salesforce pipeline with accurate forecasting and progress reporting.
  • Travel regularly, approximately 33%, to meet and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Own problems, think creatively, and communicate clearly throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience selling technology-based enterprise solutions and services.
  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying role with a proven track record of revenue attainment.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining strategic account relationships, including C-suite relationships.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and working cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Willingness to learn cutting-edge technologies and build expertise in a business domain/problem space.
  • Aptitude for problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.
