Description

  • Execute customer onboarding and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful deployments.
  • Guide customers through SIM provisioning, device configuration, and connectivity setup.
  • Diagnose and resolve SIM, device, and network-level connectivity issues with internal teams.
  • Own Level 2 support escalations and provide timely, clear customer communication.
  • Work with customers to scope, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Align technical solutions with customer business and functional requirements.
  • Escalate complex or systemic issues while maintaining customer trust and ownership.
  • Maintain and improve internal tooling, including AI-driven support tools and documentation.
  • Advocate for customers internally by surfacing product gaps, technical pain points, and feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
  • Solid understanding of cellular networks, IoT devices, Radio Access Technologies (RATs), and protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and MQTT.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Ruby, SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset focused on solving problems and driving value.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and technical concepts.
  • Enjoy solving complex technical problems that directly impact customers.
  • Comfort working across support, sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Able to dive into logs, APIs, and device configurations to troubleshoot issues.
  • Interest in a fast-moving environment where your input helps shape the customer experience and product.
