Description

  • Execute customer onboarding and coordinate cross-functionally to support seamless deployment.
  • Guide customers through SIM provisioning, device configuration, and connectivity setup.
  • Diagnose and resolve SIM, device, and network-level connectivity issues with internal teams.
  • Own Level 2 support escalations and provide timely customer communication.
  • Work with customers to scope, debug, and resolve technical challenges across the deployment lifecycle.
  • Translate customer use cases into technical solutions aligned with business and functional needs.
  • Escalate complex or systemic issues while maintaining customer trust and ownership.
  • Maintain and improve internal tooling, including AI-driven support tools and internal and external documentation.
  • Advocate for customers internally by surfacing product gaps, technical pain points, and feedback to product teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
  • Solid understanding of cellular networks, IoT devices, Radio Access Technologies (RATs), and protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and MQTT.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Ruby, SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on solving problems and driving value.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and technical concepts.
  • Comfort working across teams including support, sales, product, and engineering.
  • Curious, self-driven approach with willingness to dig into logs, APIs, and device configurations.
  • Experience in technical problem solving that directly impacts customers (preferred).
