Description

  • Administer HubSpot across CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to ensure optimal performance.
  • Own user permissions, properties, lifecycle stages, and overall CRM hygiene.
  • Maintain data integrity and continuously improve system structure and documentation.
  • Build workflows, automations, lead routing, enrichment processes, and lead scoring.
  • Configure pipelines, deal stages, SLAs, and internal notifications.
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide leadership with KPI visibility and performance insights.
  • Integrate HubSpot with tools such as Aircall, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other GTM platforms.
  • Train and onboard team members on HubSpot best practices and create SOPs to support scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or HubSpot Administration.
  • Advanced HubSpot experience with workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales pipelines and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Experience building or restructuring CRM systems in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • HubSpot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience implementing HubSpot from scratch or leading a migration is preferred.
  • Experience with RevOps frameworks is preferred.
  • Availability for a part-time schedule from 10 AM to 2 PM EST.
