Description

  • Build and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned to revenue, pipeline, and brand objectives.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Lead demand generation and pipeline acceleration across digital channels, including paid, organic, email, events, and partner channels.
  • Manage key accounts, territory plans, and forecasts while maintaining accurate reporting and performance tracking.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and customer success to improve customer experience and outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Establish and optimize processes, playbooks, and performance metrics to support scalable growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development where applicable.
  • Ensure marketing and sales practices are compliant, ethical, and aligned with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5–12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Eloqua.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads, depending on the role.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across teams and senior leaders.
  • Ability to interpret data, build business cases, and make decisions that improve performance and ROI.
  • Work authorization in the United States as required by the employer.
  • MBA or relevant certifications are preferred.
