Description

Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs, including Kaizen, value stream mapping, and 5S.
Analyze workflows, capacity, labor standards, and the impact of production planning on operations.
Improve quality, cycle times, safety outcomes, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Develop KPI dashboards and operational reporting for leadership.
Support facility layout, line balancing, and process redesign initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
7–15+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations.
Proven Lean/Six Sigma capability; certification is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills, including Excel; Power BI is a plus.
Strong leadership and change management capability.
Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments.
Ability to support operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency and cost performance.
