Description

  • Maintain QuickBooks accounts to track income and expenses accurately.
  • Manage and categorize personal and business expenses.
  • Support tax planning by gathering, organizing, and sharing financial information with the client and tax professionals.
  • Help ensure tax filings are timely and accurate.
  • Generate regular financial reports in QuickBooks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain the client’s calendar and ongoing task lists.
  • Research industry trade shows and events for 2024-2025.
  • Build and maintain a CRM system for data management.
  • Coordinate relationships with service providers.
  • Conduct competitive industry research and provide insights.
  • Manage social media accounts as needed.
  • Create and maintain a Shopify storefront.
  • Implement lead-generation strategies to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience using QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Understanding of tax planning principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy while working with data.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in remote work is a plus.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • At least 8 GB RAM on the primary device.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and is functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam.
  • Noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
