Description

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Align campaign strategies with business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content and visuals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to support lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Prepare insights and reports for stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for new channels and campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio, or similar.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation.
  • Experience with SEO and PPC strategies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques is preferred.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and capability to support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and remains functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam.
  • Noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
