Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from job posting and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Deliver responsive, high-touch support to candidates, hiring managers, and clients through onboarding.
  • Screen and interview candidates, make recommendations, lead debriefs, and support final hiring decisions.
  • Partner with talent acquisition leaders on complex searches, executive roles, escalations, and process alignment.
  • Use Greenhouse ATS, AI-driven tools, and other recruiting technology to manage records and streamline workflows.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, schools, agencies, and community organizations.
  • Represent Concentric at recruiting events, career fairs, university partnerships, and other talent engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on recruiting collateral and external talent-attraction strategies.
  • Support additional talent initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting or HR experience.
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or agency environment.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, C-suite executives, and client hiring managers.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or a similar ATS; familiarity with G Suite, Monday.com, BrightHire, and Grayscale preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and modern recruiting technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a polished professional presence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organization, judgment, initiative, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Seattle pay range of $72,500–$80,000 USD.
