Description

  • Design and deploy end-to-end lead nurturing sequences for cold, warm, and reactivation workflows.
  • Own email deliverability infrastructure, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox rotation strategies.
  • Build automated workflows that trigger actions based on prospect intent signals such as opens, clicks, replies, and site visits.
  • Integrate CRM, outreach, and lead-source tools using Zapier and API connections to maintain bi-directional data sync.
  • Optimize copy, hooks, and send times through ongoing A/B testing to improve reply rates and cost per meeting booked.
  • Ensure lead data is accurately tagged, routed, and accounted for across the automation stack.
  • Monitor funnel health, conversion performance, and deliverability metrics to support leadership visibility.
  • Diagnose and fix issues related to bounce rates, gray-listing, and API errors.
  • Maintain systems that let sales teams focus on high-intent conversations while automation runs continuously in the background.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running high-volume automation for 10,000+ leads while maintaining sender reputation.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, Instantly, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and Make.
  • Strong understanding of deliverability issues such as bounce rates, gray-listing, and domain health management.
  • Ability to write high-conversion, person-to-person email copy that avoids spam filters and drives replies.
  • High-agency mindset with the ability to identify problems, diagnose issues, and implement solutions independently.
  • Systems-thinking approach with the ability to understand downstream effects of CRM tags and automation logic.
  • Process-driven orientation with a focus on data integrity, lead routing, and operational structure.
  • Growth-minded approach with a focus on continuous testing and incremental performance gains.
  • Ability to configure DNS records and webhooks without requiring step-by-step guidance.
  • Must meet technical work environment requirements, including a 15 Mbps primary internet connection, 10 Mbps backup internet connection, and power-outage-capable backup connection.
  • Must have a desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Must have a backup device at least equivalent to an Intel Core i3, a functioning webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
