Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Build strong customer relationships and understand client goals to drive success.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and smooth product or service implementation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to address feedback and improve user experience.
  • Track and analyze customer metrics such as NPS, churn rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on customer trends and improvement areas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or finance industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight or Totango.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for helping others succeed.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and can function during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
