Description

  • Build and maintain a repeatable pipeline that produces qualified California employment class action plaintiff leads.
  • Identify target employers and potential class member communities through creative sourcing, online research, and investigative methods.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, direct messages, and other channels to engage potential plaintiffs.
  • Pre-qualify leads by asking screening questions, capturing key details, and coordinating intake steps with the legal team.
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems and spreadsheets with organized notes and clean records.
  • Test and refine outreach strategies each week, including scripts, channels, lists, and targeting angles.
  • Use social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to identify leads and start conversations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Report on activity and results with emphasis on qualified intakes, signed clients, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
  • Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and phone calls as a core part of the role.
  • Proven ability to research independently and connect information using online sources and databases.
  • Experience in at least one of the following: lead generation, prospecting, recruiting/sourcing, intake coordination, investigative work, or outreach-heavy roles.
  • Experience using CRMs, call tools, spreadsheets, and online research workflows.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to plan your day, prioritize leads, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience with lead generation and knowledge of implementing CRM systems and call platforms.
  • Nice-to-have experience in legal intake, class action outreach, plaintiff-side employment law, or private investigations.
  • Familiarity with California employment law or class action litigation concepts.

Benefits

  • Compensation of USD $1,300-$1,600 per month.
  • Remote full-time contractor position.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
