Description

  • Prepare and manage employment-based and family-based immigration case files.
  • Complete and review DS-160 and DS-260 forms accurately using client-provided information.
  • Gather, review, and organize supporting documentation to ensure applications are complete and compliant.
  • Generate immigration case documentation using Serenade immigration software.
  • Draft supporting letters and assemble application packages using established templates and workflows.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation in OneDrive or similar shared systems.
  • Review applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to attorney review.
  • Identify and resolve common DS-160 issues, including corrections, updates, and consular submission requirements.
  • Maintain organized case workflows to support efficient preparation and timely filings.
  • Support attorneys by delivering well-prepared, review-ready case packages.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience working in U.S. and Canadian immigration law.
  • Hands-on experience preparing DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. nonimmigrant visa categories, including B1/B2, E-2, L-1, O-1, H-1B, and related classifications.
  • Experience preparing employment-based and family-based immigration applications.
  • Ability to gather client information and accurately prepare immigration forms.
  • Experience reviewing DS-160 applications for completeness and compliance prior to attorney review.
  • Experience using Serenade immigration software.
  • Ability to prepare case documentation using templates and standardized workflows.
  • Experience organizing legal documentation in shared file systems such as OneDrive.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian law firms remotely.
