Description

  • Build and own cash flow, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting models for planning and scenario decisions.
  • Run budgeting and reforecasting cycles using actual performance and key business drivers.
  • Track monthly P&L performance and analyze variances against budget and forecast.
  • Maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare decision-ready financial reports with trends, insights, and recommended actions.
  • Perform ad hoc financial, sensitivity, and what-if analyses for strategic and operational decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align models with commercial and operational drivers.
  • Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs, documenting assumptions, and updating model structures.

Requirements

  • Hands-on FP&A or financial analysis experience, including cash flow forecasting, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience supporting a U.S.-based omnichannel consumer brand across e-commerce, wholesale, Amazon, and other sales channels.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Track record of recurring financial reporting and budget or forecast variance analysis.
  • Ability to translate financial results into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Availability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
  • Clear English communication skills in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience in beauty, consumer goods, or inventory-driven e-commerce (preferred).
  • Knowledge of working capital, inventory planning, payment terms, and cash conversion cycles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce data drivers and finance process improvements (preferred).
