Description

  • Own conversion rate optimization across the Shopify storefront, including PDPs, collection pages, checkout flow, and the homepage.
  • Run A/B tests and on-site experiments, manage testing tools, and interpret performance results.
  • Manage the Shopify app ecosystem, including upsells, cross-sells, reviews, subscriptions, bundles, and site speed tools.
  • Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues across apps, pixels, and data layers.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to brief and deploy updated imagery, copy, and UGC across product pages.
  • Optimize TikTok Shop product pages, storefront performance, and category or attribute setup.
  • Support Amazon listing optimization, including titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords, imagery, and listing health.
  • Execute email campaigns end-to-end in Klaviyo, including building, QA, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
  • Partner with the Director of Growth and retention agency on email flow implementation, segmentation, list hygiene, and send cadence.
  • Own review platform operations, maintain documentation, and support new channel or integration launches as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a DTC ecommerce role, with strong hands-on experience in Shopify.
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience, including building campaigns, managing flows, and pulling reporting.
  • Experience working with TikTok Shop in some capacity.
  • Basic familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including listing updates, A+ content, and suppression troubleshooting.
  • Comfort working with the Shopify app ecosystem and troubleshooting when tools or integrations break.
  • A CRO mindset with attention to the customer journey and conversion performance.
  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and able to follow through and close the loop on tasks.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney to work faster.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills for working with creative, growth, and external partners.
  • Preferred experience at a beauty, wellness, or CPG DTC brand, with familiarity in affiliate or influencer-adjacent ecommerce.
  • Preferred basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template edits.
  • Preferred experience with tools such as Elevar, Triple Whale, Google Sheets, or Looker for attribution and analytics.
